The book report below is designed to teach
your child higher order thinking skills.  After
you read the book with or to your child, then
write and read the book report as your child
develops their critical thinking skills.

Readiness is required before your child
attempts the book report.  A good indicator
of readiness is when your child asks or tries
to write his or her own book report.

It is called a mini-book report because you
may choose to read part of a book or an
entire book as you practice reading, writing,
and higher order thinking skills (remembering,
understanding,  application,
analysis,evaluation, create) with your child.
